2017 Chevy Blazer K-5

Last model of the iconic Blazer K-5 crossover from Chevrolet was released in 1995. After more than two decades, company is reviving this exciting SUV, which could possibly come as 2017 Chevy Blazer K-5. Only idea is the same with its predecessor, and you can’t compare many things, since car industry went too far.

But one is there for sure, and it is unique idea of access to making this vehicle. It doesn’t have ordinary design, and specs should be breathtaking. Fans are going to be delighted with it, and only problem could be delay of the vehicle, since it wasn’t confirmed yet.

2017 Chevy Blazer K-5 styling
The 2017 Chevy Blazer K-5 is going to be exciting both outside and inside the vehicle. Layout in the cabin is made to take 6 passengers. Comfortable leather seats, with plenty of room for legs and head, superb infotainment system with all the latest updates of all apps that have been used by Chevrolet vehicles, and some new. MyLink is upgraded, and now big touch-screen display is positioned on the dashboard to take control of that system.

2017 Blazer K-5 exterior
No less excitement could be found outside. Big grille gives a statement of the aggressiveness of the 2017 Chevy Blazer K-5. LED lamps are used for headlights and rear lights. Sleek design of them makes the SUV more attractive. Visual appearance is boosted with 19-inch alloy wheels for base models, and even bigger for upper trims.

2017 Chevy Blazer K-5 engine
New 2017 Chevy Blazer K-5 is going to offer both diesel and gasoline powertrains. Engine that uses petrol is 3.7-l V6 with output of 320 hp and 300 lb-ft of torque. Diesel unit is 4.0-l V8, powerful engine that could produce over 400 horses through 6-speed transmission. Gearbox can be automatic or manual, and that is on buyer’s choice. Other possibility is 7-speed automated box, but we doubt engineers will decide to launch new Blazer K-5 with it.

2017 Chevy Blazer K-5 arrival and price

Premiere of the 2017 Chevy Blazer K-5 could happen by the end of this year. However, since this model is going to be brand new, and not much info is available from company, delay is not impossible. If crossover wants to be competitive on SUV market, price of $40,000 shouldn’t be exceeded.
