According to some rumors, it is 2017 Skoda Polar, but there are also other names in the mix. This vehicle could be Superb SUV, or Snowman, and even Montania. Well, we will need to wait for a while before we can see final decision about name, but we already found some information about design and engines.

The 2017 Skoda Polar has been seen on the streets. Since testing is on, we are sure that crossover’s development is in final stage. Under heavy camouflage we couldn’t see everything, but some details were obvious. This concept is new, and its dimensions fit to a compact SUV class. There are some similarities with Fabia, which uses MQB platform, so it is possible that 2017 Polar is going to use some same elements.

2017 Skoda Snowman

Skoda is planning to launch few models of SUV segment for 2017. Among others, there is a Snowman crossover, which should fill compact class. It is important to say that Skoda Yeti was the first model that had huge success, and because of it, Czech carmaker decided to enlarge their offer. However, 2017 Skoda Snowman is based on its predecessor, but still has many unique details and features. Exterior, as well as interior, is new, and crossover should lure younger population with its aggressive appearance.

Skoda’s trademark –grille, will be headlight of frontal design. It is signature part, so its bold, muscular exterior will be interesting. Also, outside, roof is somehow lower than expected, while designer surprised us with modern wheel arches. Headlights have rectangular shape. Inside, there will be plenty of room for all passengers, and depending on trim level, 2017 Skoda Snowman will be able to take 5 or 7 passengers.
