Lexus still offers some SUVs designed in traditional manner. One of those models is GX 460. It is a mid-size luxury SUV, which was originally launched in 2002, as 2003 year model. During this period, we saw two generations of it and, according to the latest reports, this state will remain for some more time. The most of these reports claim that 2017 GX 460 will come with the pretty much same characteristics as current model. We will have to wait for some more time to see a third-generation model.

Beside huge amount of power, this engine is also characterized by great economy. Thanks to the advanced systems like Dual Variable Valve Timing which provides better fuel economy and ultra-low emission rating, 2017 GX 460 will have an average fuel consumption rating around 17 mpg, which is great result, it we consider the size of an engine. It will be paired with 6-speed automatic transmission.

Well, it is still early to predict some more precise date, but it is pretty much for sure that 2017 Lexus GX 460 will come later next year.
