Other models get power from 4.7-l or 5.5-l V8 units. First can produce 449 hp and 516 lb-ft torque, while output of second is even higher., with 577 hp. Also, one diesel variant of 2017 GLS could be purchased, and it is BiTurbo V6 with 3.0-l displacement. All engines are mated to a seven-speed, 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission.
